Hidden Gems: Discovering Regulatory Intelligence Within Your Records
Friday, June 7, 2024
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
Location: Concourse C/D
The program will present a knowledge management approach to getting right-first-time results when working with Health Authorities. The plan is for an interactive classroom experience where participants IDENTIFY the knowledge gaps left by subscriptions and EXPLORE RIM and other databases for answers to key submission and lifecycle questions.
A presentation of successful case studies will highlight how users can understand health authority EXPECTATIONS beyond the requirements, identify who are the company’s internal experts on any given subject, and gain insights right down to reviewer preferences and biases. Concepts such as the KNOWLEDE ECONOMY will be presented.
Participants will leave with a trove of ideas that they can apply in their organizations and develop simple solutions that will make sure that institutional knowledge does not leave as works retire or move to other positions.
Learning Objectives:
Leverage the knowledge embodied within their company’s regulatory systems to better understand health authority expectations and achieve right-first-time results
Identify analytical capabilities within RIM systems to drive operational performance
Develop a business case for enabling a regulatory knowledge management capability
